The partners from the Trident Project had an online working meeting, via Zoom, of the experts working on the development of the intellectual product. Basic elements of the occupational standard for tutors (O1). The activities carried out by each partner for outlining the occupational profile of the internship tutor and an analysis of the common and specific elements regarding the tasks, responsibilities and skills of the tutors from the three countries were presented. Discussions took place on chapters O1 regarding the role of the tutor in the civic education of pupils / students, the transnationality of tutor training and a draft occupational standard for the tutoring profession, specific for Romania, was presented.
