The portrait of the ideal tutor and the techniques to co-interest the student to profit to the maximum from his internship were in the center of attention in the workshop ”Police Internship - To be or not to be a tutor”, organized by “Septimiu Muresan” Police School in March, from 29th to 30th, within ”Guiding the guide - an European approach of police internship” (TRIDENT Project ), financed by Erasmus+ Program.
There were 68 participants, representing safety and public order institutions from 5 counties and 7 educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Justice, and also school’s civil educational partners and NGO’s. The representatives of one of Trident Project partners were also present - the Public Order School from Miskolc - and the German partner, the Police University of Renania-Palatinate joined online. Nadia Lisac, expert on strategic partnership projects, represented the financing agency - the National Agency for Community Programs in the Field of Education and Professional Training.
The interactive activities carried out on the first day were continued the second day with the presentation of three of the intellectual outputs of the project: Basic elements of the Occupational Standard for tutors (already finished), The Internship Guide (almost finished) and TRIDENT Educational Platform (work in progress).
